Dear Ruan and Gerrit,
The following are the updates on the project:
- 1. Ruan will share the 20 samples that are currently available (the other 27 are yet to be sequenced)on ilifu.
- 2. The Bioinformatics support team will perform the human analysis, that is, preprocessing, differential expression analysis, sequence-level analysis and predictive modelling, where possible.
Gerrit, can we create a directory on ilifu under /cbio/projects/ for the raw data or we use one of the existing directories in the same directory?
