Description

Relebohile asked if the fastq files could be renamed according to the experimental conditions.

To make sure files are named correctly, a testing set was created where the files contained their original names to make sure they are not incorrectly labeled.

I wrote a little python script to go through all folders and rename accordingly, keeping information on the lane, R1/R2, and making sure all names are unique before running the rename.

It passed the testing stage, now I am waiting for the new files to be copied to an external to give to Relebohile before combining all the samples and renaming them.
