Input files¶

The data consist of the expression data and barcodes with their corresponding location coordinates of two Pucks.

1. Gene expression matrix - contains genes by bead barcodes Puck_[number].matched.digital_expression.txt.gz
2. Barcode_matching folder - this contains locations and corrected bead barcode sequences. The corrected sequence will be used in the gene expression matrix Puck_[puck number]_barcode_matching.txt.gz
