Short description of project
The research aims to generate whole genome sequences of forensically relevant blowflies (Diptera: Calliphoridae) to assist in molecular identification of said species.

Objectives

1. To generate de novo genome assemblies of the relevant blowflies
2. To perform genome alignment for the three of the species
