Short description of project
The plan is to setup a pipeline that does differential gene expression analysis on human RNA-Seq data. Once we have something running we can start focusing on setting up pipelines for other types of RNA-Seq projects (if needed).

Objectives
To setup human RNA-Seq analysis pipeline on UCT Hex, but keeping in mind that we want to have it portable to other platforms e.g. CHPC, CBIO, Wits, VMs/local machine.
